For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller responsible for your personal information.
2.Data we collect
We only collect information that you choose to provide to us. This may include:

- Consent records — a record that you agreed to this policy when submitting a form
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health or disability information) unless you choose to share it voluntarily within your message.
3.How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry via your preferred contact method

- Comply with our legal and professional obligations
4.Legal basis for processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases to process your data:

- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us directly.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) — where we are required to retain records for legal or professional regulatory purposes.
Where we process any sensitive personal data you voluntarily include (such as health information), we rely on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)).
5.Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Your data may be processed by the following trusted service providers who act on our behalf:

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are only permitted to use your data to provide their service to us.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or by a regulatory body.
6.How long we keep your data
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- Enquiries that do not result in a service — deleted within 12 months of our last communication
- Client records — retained for 7 years after the end of the professional relationship, in line with UK healthcare and professional practice guidance
- Consent records — retained for as long as we process your data, as evidence of your consent
After the relevant retention period, your data is securely deleted.
