1.About us and these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Neurodivergent Support and Solutions website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Neurodivergent Support and Solutions is a UK-based practice founded and operated by a doctor with lived experience of autism and ADHD. We provide coaching, advocacy, workplace support, assessments, and related services for neurodivergent individuals and organisations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. For any questions, contact us at hello@neurodivergentsupportandsolutions.com.
2.Our services
We offer a range of services including but not limited to:
- One-to-one coaching and support for neurodivergent individuals
- Advocacy and report writing
- Access to Work support and guidance
- Workplace neurodiversity consultancy for employers
- Neurodivergent assessments (where applicable)
- AI-powered and self-guided support tools
The specific scope, format, duration, and fees for each service will be agreed with you individually before any work commences. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services; a service agreement only exists once we have confirmed it in writing.
3.Professional relationship
Our services are provided in a supportive, coaching, and consultancy capacity. While our founder is a qualified doctor, our services are not provided as medical services and do not constitute a doctor-patient relationship unless this is explicitly agreed in a separate clinical agreement.
You are responsible for making your own decisions based on any information, guidance, or strategies we share with you. We will always act in your best interests, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our services.
We work collaboratively with you and ask that you engage openly and honestly to help us support you as effectively as possible.
4.Appointments and cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. The following applies to scheduled sessions:
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice — no charge; we will rearrange at a mutually convenient time.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice — we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the session fee, at our discretion and with regard to your circumstances.
- Non-attendance without notice — the full session fee may be charged.
We will always notify you as early as possible if we need to cancel or reschedule a session, and will not charge you in such circumstances.
We recognise that neurodivergent individuals may sometimes find it difficult to communicate in advance of a cancellation. Please do reach out to us as soon as you are able — we will always try to work with you compassionately.
5.Payment and fees
Fees for our services are agreed individually and communicated to you in advance. We aim to be transparent and fair in our pricing.
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 14 days).
- We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed.
- If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please speak to us — we will always try to find a workable arrangement where possible.
- We reserve the right to pause or suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days without prior agreement.
All fees are in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT at the current UK rate.
6.Confidentiality
We take confidentiality very seriously. All information you share with us is treated in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
- Where we are legally required to disclose information (for example, by a court order)
- Where we have a duty of care concern about the safety of yourself or another person
- Where disclosure is required by a relevant regulatory body
Where possible, we will discuss any potential disclosure with you before it is made.
For information about how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
7.Liability and disclaimers

- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website.
- We do not accept liability for decisions you make based on information or guidance shared in our sessions or on our website.
- We do not guarantee that our services will achieve any particular outcome for you.
- Nothing on our website constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. You should seek appropriate professional advice for matters in those areas.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
